Music in the Vale presents a annual series of Chamber Music Recitals in St. Denys’ Church, Stanford in the Vale and surrounding parishes involving top professional standard musicians. These recitals involve a wide variety of musical forces including voice, woodwind and strings and make full use of the Music in the Vale grand piano now located in St Denys' Church.
Music in the Vale makes an annual financial contribution to the church and to a chosen charity each year whilst meeting their administration and publicity costs and covering essential professional musicians fees. We are well aware that the sale of tickets and programmes alone will not cover all these financial commitments. We are therefore most grateful for the additional financial support provided by our Friends and Sponsors that ensures that the series will be viable and able to deliver top quality chamber music for the benefit of the whole local community.
Friends of Music in the Vale are invited to one or more exclusive Meet the Musicians receptions each season and to the Annual Season Launch, together with the option to have their names listed in the recital programmes. Music in the Vale Sponsorship ensures company acknowledgement on recital programmes, on future publicity material and an invitation to the Annual Season Launch.
