Music in the Vale

presents an annual series of Chamber Music Recitals in St. Denys’ Church, Stanford-in-the-Vale and surrounding parishes.
Drawing from a wide circle of musicians, the recital programmes are varied and include popular and some less well known pieces.

The first of the planned concerts for 2020 was very successfully delivered on the 15th of March, albeit with a rather select audience!

However, as we are all too well aware, we are now subject to the major uncertainties driven by the COVID-19 crisis, with the need for social-isolation, higher infection risk for the over 70s and those with particular medical conditions.

With this in mind the futures of our remaining 2020 Music in the Vale 2020 concerts are subject to review with a decision to confirm, cancel or postpone each concert being made no later than 4 weeks ahead of the particular concert start date.

Concert details will be confirmed one month ahead of each concert and will advise whether each concert will include audience participation in the church or whether audience members will be listening at their homes via live internet broadcasting.
